Experfy seeks to expand its system through the decentralization of the platform with Expercoin. The pillars of the Expercoin career ecosystem would include learning and jobs marketplaces, an assessment platform, peer to peer financing, corporate academy, and a mentorship platform.

Anyone can launch Republic. For example, there could be "Republic of Smart Manufacturing," "Republic of Nanotechnology," "Republic of Blockchain in Finance," "The Republic of Architectural Design," "The Republic of Learning French," etc. Blockchains provide the backbone for Republican government, while they are operationalized using smart contracts, open protocols, APIs, front-end libraries, learning content, and subject matter experts.
